THE AVERAGE number of deaths across the area is still rising, even after the Coronavirus pandemic has receded, East Riding Council’s Health and Wellbeing Board was told. A CRACKDOWN on drink and drug driving by Humberside Police led to 650 roadside tests being carried out and a total of 21 arrests - 11 for drink driving and 10 for failed drug wipes.
