Hull FC can confirm that Jamie Shaul has joined Wakefield Trinity on loan for the rest of the season.
The full-back, who has made 195 club appearances since his senior debut in 2013 and scored 105 tries, makes the move to the Be Well Support Stadium with immediate effect.
30-year-old Shaul, a Challenge Cup winner at Hull, heads to West Yorkshire for some regular game time in the remaining eight games of the campaign, having missed out on selection in recent weeks with the Airlie Birds.
Wakefield are currently sat bottom of the Betfred Super League table but will hope Shaul’s addition can help the club towards retaining their top-flight status for 2023.
The club would like to wish Jamie all the best for the remainder of the season with Wakefield.
