North Ferriby welcome Thackley to the Dransfield stadium at the weekend. The game signals the fourth straight home game for Chris Bolder’s side. Bolder’s side have picked up six points from the previous three games, as they retain their position at the top of the table. The Villagers currently possess a five-point lead over second-place Emley.

Last time out, the Villagers bounced back from their defeat to Maltby Main by defeating Penistone Church 3-0. Chris Bolder’s thoughts after the game, “It was a solid performance last week to claim the 3-0 victory, however, I don’t think we played as well as the previous week in terms of creating chances and controlling the ball, but that’s how football goes sometimes. The clean sheet was pleasing, and we must continue to build on this and ensure we continue to limit our opponents to very little. We saw some very good individual performances and we continue to see good contributions from all of the squad”.

The Villagers welcome Thackley to the Dransfield stadium. Thackley currently sit in 14th place in the table. Last time out, they were on the receiving end of a 5-0 defeat to Barton. The experienced Tom Greaves is their top goal scorer, with eleven goals to his name. Aiden Chippendale is another goal threat for Bolder’s side, with ten goals to his name.

Chris Bolder was asked about his team selection this weekend, “there are still injury and availability concerns going into the game, but we should welcome a couple back available for selection which is a boost given the number of games coming up”.
