The Blue and Golds will welcome Dewsbury Celtic to the Leisure Centre this Saturday for a 2.30 kick-off. After a tough opening month to the 2022 campaign, they are still chasing that elusive first win.
Their Dewsbury opponents have fared just slightly better with just one win by 18-10 on the opening day of the season at home to Dudley Hill. With that in mind, the match would seem to have ‘target win’ written all over it.
Beverley are in good spirits after their first mid-week training session on grass following the return of light nights. They are boosted by a number of returns. James Boughen returns to the centre and Callum Cone returns to the halves. The forwards are also reinforced by the return of Sam Roe, Bobby Howdle and Ben Atkin.
