Hull FC can confirm that back-rower Manu Ma’u will depart the club at the end of the 2022 Betfred Super League season.
The former Tonga and New Zealand international, who is out of contract at the end of the current campaign, will join fellow Betfred Super League side Catalans Dragons, having penned a two-year deal with the French outfit from the start of next season.
Ma’u joined the club from Parramatta Eels ahead of the 2020 season and has made 46 appearances for the club over the last three seasons, scoring six tries.
The back rower, who turns 34 in August, is currently side-lined with a hamstring injury, but hopes to return to action soon to try and help the team secure a play-off spot as he looks to finish his time on a high note with the club.
The club would like to thank Manu for his contribution during his time with Hull FC and wish him and his family the best for their move to France.
