SATURDAY MARKET in Beverley has the highest number of parking fines issued anywhere in the county, according to East Riding Council’s annual parking report. Wardens issued 337 penalty notices in the year ending March this year. Almost 10,000 tickets were issued across the East Riding, with more than a quarter of them (2,639) in Beverley.
