The Beverley FM Sport "Team of the Week" was voted to be Great Driffield AFC. The newly formed team were 4-0 victors in their first-ever league game against Scarborough Athletic Reserves. Other nominated sides were; Hull Scoprions for their double victory away at Durham Spartans, Hull KR Ladies following a victory against Widnes on Sunday and Hull City Ladies after a narrow defeat in the season opener against Leeds United.
