Decision to scrap free car parking postponed

A council has failed to reach a decision on whether to scrap free car parking at sites it owns in East Yorkshire. Councils fund new ‘freedom pass’ to provide free bus travel for care leavers

Warning issued over unpaid parking ticket text scam

Commuted Sums help Riverview Bowling Club

Riverview Bowling Club has completed improvements to the club, using an award of £53,137 from East Riding of Yorkshire Council as part of Commuted Sums. Muslim Hikers visit Yorkshire Wolds

The ‘Muslim Hikers’ group, liaising with the East Riding of Yorkshire Council, walked part of the Yorkshire Wolds Way National Trail on Saturday 14 September.
