The Beavers gained their second convincing win in the space of a month against near neighbours Goole, with a thumping 5-0 win at home to follow up the 4-1 away win back in September.
The first half was a more even affair, with chances for both sides, before local lad Ollie Nicholson stepped up to bag his second goal for Bev Town in the last 3 games. A real confidence boost right on half time, which the lads well and truly took with them into the 2nd half.
5 minutes after the restart and the floodgates opened, with Cam Connelly, McCauley Snelgrove and Glen Sani all scoring in the space of 12 minutes to put The Beavers 4-0 up and the game out of sight.
Luka Suluburic scored a 5th a few minutes from time to cap an excellent, calm and controlled second half performance.
The win pushes us up to our highest league placing of the season so far in 9th.
