North Ferriby Fc host Maltby Main at the Dransfield stadium this weekend, looking to continue their 100%-win record at home. Last time out, Chris Bolder’s side saw off Knaresborough with a Josh Whiteley double sealing a 2-0 victory.

It was a perfect response by Chris Bolder’s side, who bounced back from a disappointing defeat at Albion Sports. The Villagers are still top of the table, with a five-point gap between themselves and Emley.

Maltby Main are one of the league’s form sides. Andy Dawson and Lee Whitehead’s side are currently unbeaten in their last five. Former Villager Lewis Stephens moved to Maltby Main in September and has scored in Main’s last three.

Last time out they beat Goole 2-1, James Stafford scoring a last-minute winner.

The two sides have met already this season. A Danny Buttle winner ten minutes from time sealing a Villager’s victory.

Chris Bolder summed up his thoughts ahead of the game, “we are looking forward to another home game this Saturday, our home form has been very good, and we come into it on the back of a good performance last week. We know that Maltby are in decent form themselves and they have some good attacking players so we will have to ensure we are defensively sound. We are missing Oli Donald unfortunately through work commitments, but we do welcome Levi back. We have a couple of other niggles so we will have to see how they respond before the weekend”.
